Shipping

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

All of our products are printed to order, meaning we don’t keep an inventory of every SKU available. Typically it will take about 2 business days or less for orders to print before leaving our production facility. In total you should expect about 10 days to receive your order but if you need your shirts for a special occasion we suggest allowing at least two weeks in case there are any delays.

You will get an email once your order ships. If you don’t receive this in a reasonable time frame please contact us.

Fulfillment is an automated process, so please let us know immediately. There is approximately a 12 hour window which order can be edited prior to production and fulfillment.

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when your order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.

Order

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team through 'contact us' form for any modification of the order.

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through 'contact us' form.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. Please check out our returns and exchange policy.

If the item you received is incorrect, missing, or imperfect, please contact us by email within 24 hours from the date you received your order.

Please include your order number, pictures of the defected item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will arrange a free return and exchange for you.

Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days and will be sent to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 14 days to credit on your account statement, depending on your card issuer, which is beyond our control.
